Illegal Alien Amnesty Means $15K Tax Hike for Every Household

Daniel Greenfield,

Amnesty supporters have been pushing claims that deporting illegal aliens would cost fantastic amounts of money. The truth is that legalizing a horde of low wage people who already use massive amounts of government services would be fantastically expensive. This analysis, if anything, understates the real numbers. But it’s a window into just what illegal alien amnesty would cost us.

Amnesty for illegal immigrants …would require an immediate tax hike of $1.2 trillion, a $15,000 hit on every household in America, according to a new analysis of immigration reform.

The authoritative National Academy of Sciences said the cost to give some 11 million illegals citizenship rights would be staggering, though it suggested long-term benefits.

A Heritage Foundation analysis of the NAS study looked at just the impact amnesty would have and said that an immediate tax increase of $1.29 trillion would be needed to finance the infrastructure, school, welfare and other costs of illegals.

And no the illegals will not magically become the high earners and taxpayers of tomorrow. They will be the subsidized ObamaCare users, the free cell phone users and the free everything users.

And you will be paying for it…

Hillary Had Filipino Maid Print Out Classified Docs

Who doesn’t have their Filipino maid print out classified documents? I do it all the time. I also had my Bolivian manservant look over the nuclear launch codes this morning.

Just another one of those honest mistakes Obama keeps mentioning.

As secretary of state, Hillary Clinton routinely asked her maid to print out sensitive government e-mails and documents — including ones containing classified information — from her house in Washington, DC, e-mails and FBI memos show. But the housekeeper lacked the security clearance to handle such material.

In fact, Marina Santos was called on so frequently to receive e-mails that she may hold the secrets to E-mailgate — if only the FBI and Congress would subpoena her and the equipment she used.

The answer is obvious.

Secretary of State Marina Santos. Now that Huma Abedin has failed, it might be time to bring in another foreigner to entrust with all our national secrets. Hopefully Maria’s husband has more self-control than Huma’s.

“Pls ask Marina to print for me in am,” Clinton e-mailed top aide Huma Abedin regarding a redacted 2011 message marked sensitive but unclassified.

In a classified 2012 e-mail dealing with the new president of Malawi, another Clinton aide, Monica Hanley, advised Clinton, “We can ask Marina to print this.”

“Revisions to the Iran points” was the subject line of a classified April 2012 e-mail to Clinton from Hanley. In it, the text reads, “Marina is trying to print for you.”

Since Marina appears to be marginally more capable at using a computer than the Secretary of State, why not give her the job?
