Illegal Immigrant Deported 4 Times Sexually Assaulted 2-Y-O Girl, Stabbed 2 Women
In a display of violence the Nassau County police commissioner said is likely “the most heinous criminal act I’ve ever seen,” an illegal immigrant, who has been deported four times and is a member of the barbaric MS-13 street gang, sexually assaulted a 2-year-old girl and stabbed two women in a New York City suburb.
The horrific series of crimes took place in Hempstead, a suburb of New York City, in Nassau County, where the suspect, Tommy Vladim Alvarado-Ventura, 31, had been illegally residing.
According to the police report (below), Alvarado-Ventura, a member of the notoriously violent MS-13 gang, sexually assaulted the 2-year-old daughter of his girlfriend while she was at work late Tuesday night.
He then went to a bar, outside of which he got into an argument with a 24-year-old woman about purchasing marijuana around 2:20 a.m. After “punching and kicking her,” he pulled out a knife and stabbed her “multiple times, causing her to sustain a collapsed lung.”
Alvarado-Ventura fled the scene and returned to his girlfriend’s house. When she came back from work at around 4:15 a.m., she discovered the “severe injuries” her daughter had suffered at the hands of her boyfriend. The confrontation turned violent, and he then stabbed his girlfriend “multiple times.”
“Despite her injuries, the victim was able to gather her children, leave the room and join the babysitter who resides in another area of the apartment,” the police statement reads. “The police were then contacted and upon Hempstead Police arrival, Alvarado-Ventura, who had since fallen asleep, was placed under arrest without further incident.”
Both the mother and daughter were taken to the hospital to be treated for the injuries they had suffered at the hands of the gang member.
Nassau County Police Commissioner Thomas Krumpter told CBS New York that the crime was perhaps the worst he had ever seen in his decades of experience. “This is, in 28 years, probably the most heinous criminal act I’ve ever seen,” said Krumpter. “It really is nauseating.”
Fox News notes that police said Alvarado-Ventura was deported four times to El Salvador between 2006 and 2011.
Nassau police have charged him with multiple felonies that could put him in prison for life. He pleaded not guilty on Thursday. The charges:
Alvarado-Ventura is charged with Predatory Sexual Assault of a Child, Attempted Murder 2nd Degree, two (2) counts of Assault 1st Degree, Assault 2nd Degree, two (2) counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd Degree and Assault 3rd Degree.
