The photo is a video capture from a security camera located in the North Corridor that leads to the Senate floor in the U.S. Capitol Building.
It was later again captured and corroborated at the State Department Building, on the Executive Level of the Secretary of State.
This is classified material, so do not ask how or where I got it.
When she was questioned about this picture, she said:
“WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE !!! ”
