Nearly a week ago, Obama appeared on Fox for an interview with Bill O’Reilly wherein he claimed there was not “a smidgen of corruption” within the IRS scandal.
Of course, anyone who has followed the case knows that is yet another one of Obama’s lies.
Trey Gowdy (R-SC) blasted Obama for his “corrupt” administration” during yesterday’s congressional hearing on the IRS’s targeting attacks.
“How can the president say there’s not a ‘smidgen’ of criminality when Lois Lerner invoked the Fifth Amendment, forty-one witnesses haven’t been interviewed, including the two that are here right now?” he questioned. “How can he possibly draw that conclusion?!”
